Construction Begins – August 26, 2008

Construction began early on Tuesday, August 26, 2008 as holes were dug in the hard, parched earth in preparation for the concrete. On day two, August 27, 2008, the concrete trucks rolled in to pour the footings that will hold the temporary museum.







 

The Crane Arrives

The crane arrived before sunrise to place the Damascus Heritage Society Museum on its permanent foundation.
