Hanging of the Signs
We needed signs. Dan and Charlie are woodworkers – who better to make signs. So Dan made the small sign by the front door. The letters are routed into a nice piece of oak and painted our Heritage Society green in the routed groves. Then Charlie cut letters out of wood, painted them, and attached them to a painted backboard, again in our Heritage Society green and yellow. Dan, Charlie, and Jim, the building committee, with a little help from Ray and with picture taking by Linda, met at the Museum this morning, August 3, for the official hanging of the signs. Stop by to see them. They are wonderful. Thanks Dan and Charlie and the hanging committee.
